Nancy founded PSQ DryClean based on her beliefs and what she cared about.
The first time she wished to create a store like PSQ DryClean was when she brought a jacket to a local cleaner. Nancy got the jacket at a nice store, and at an even nicer price of $30.00. However, over time, the jacket was of course dirtied. Since she could hardly clean this jacket at home, she brought it into a drycleaners. When the lady at the desk told her that the bill for the jacket was $25, Nancy blanched. With that money, she might as well go and get another jacket! However, she paid up anyway.
When she got the jacket back, the beautiful color had been faded as if the jacket was laundered. Not all the spots had been taken care of and over all, it might have been better if the jacket had not been brought in to clean at all.
Nancy wished to create a dry cleaning store where the service, quality and price were all top notch. When customers walked out of the store, they would feel happy with price, with the quality and with the service. And now, Nancy is on her way to make this dream come true.
